Arizona Home Floors has been in business since 1984, servicing Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding areas. Our ROC number is 291708 and we are licensed, bonded and insured.
Our owner, Jack King Jr, invented and patented the DustRam® System Equipment after many years of removing flooring with traditional methods and realizing there had to be a better way to perform the tear out.
Installing beautiful new floors in a home contaminated with dust gave Jack no satisfaction as a ‘job well done’ despite his many happy customers. Since both his crew and then the homeowner had to breathe the dusty air, Jack devoted himself to creating a system of tools for each step of the removal process that ensured the dust was prevented from ever getting airborne.
Years of development and testing went into his design until the latest evolution of the DustRam® System Equipment performed to his demanding expectations for removal. Since 2014, the equipment is being sold to other contractors nationwide so that they can consistently deliver a clean, dust free flooring removal to clients in their areas.

We also have special services if you wish to leave tile in certain rooms, if your cabinets or baseboards are on top of the tile, or if your remodel requires a channel cut into your subfloor for plumbing or electrical.
Removals in basements or on 2nd floors have additional charges. While we no longer provide installation of flooring, we do have a network of suppliers of flooring materials and installers we can refer you to upon request.
